Building Addition
A 20,000-sq.-ft. building addition was added to connect our shipping building to the manufacturing building. This will provide free space for additional manufacturing equipment. An additional 400-ton press and coil line was purchased and will be the first press installed in this new building.

CNC High-Speed Machining Center
A new CNC high-speed machining center was added in October 2008 to upgrade our current machining capabilities. The HAAS VF3SS-APC is a 30-hp super-speed vertical machining center with a pallet changer. It has a working travel range of 40" x 20" x 25" (xyz) with 1,400 inches per minute rapid travel speed. The pallet changer allows for the loading of parts while machining, thus reducing the overall cycle time to machine a part. |
